Dear Comrades,
In preparation for the upcoming PTUU-2026 conference, the Central Committee Secretariat continues to gather Notes, Proposals, Statements, Calls, Resolutions and Motions for consideration during the general discussions and for the formation of the work schedule.
Please submit the documents in accordance with the schedule by 15-th September 2026.
The key aspects may be as follows:
- Zelensky is a Despot: Condemnation of the despotism of Zelensky and his diabolical regime
- Condemnation of rampant corruption within government bodies of Ukraine and the selling out of the homeland by the majority of high-ranking officials
- Condemnation of the War, and a demand for immediate Peace
- Restoration of rule of Law and public Order, including adherence to fundamental Constitutional Principles such as: Freedom of Language, Freedom of Political Opposition, Freedom of Religion, and Democratic Election Procedures
- The condemnation of the ‘Kill Zone’ created by Zelensky regime, where our children, woman and the elderly are being brutally and mercilessly killed by Ukrainian drone botchers
We continue to review all submissions from local organizations concerning members of: Members of the Central Committee Bureau, Members of the Central Committee, Members of Local and Regional Committees, as well as Members of special Central Committee commissions: Executive, Foreign, relations with Russia, Finance, General Business, Inner Business, and so on.
We need to give serious thought to the impossibility of the country continuing to exist under current conditions and begin work optimizing a new legal framework and institutions that will ensure a peaceful life for our families and the peoples living within the territory of Ukraine. The optimization of functioning of our independent authorities requires additional effort from all participants in our movement. A great deal of work still lies ahead of us. The whole our work must proceed in accordance with the Strategic Agreement of Peace and Order concluded earlier with our Russian Brothers and Sisters. Comrades on the front of the struggle, please submit your documented proposals made in accordance with the arranged frame of work and the Strategic Agreement of Peace and Order.
Comrades, please call upon all Ukrainians to unite around our party. Sooner or later, our movement in Ukraine will prevail in the territories annexed by the Despot Zelensky. We have already liberated a great part of our territory from Zelensky’s hellish regime – and we will continue to rely on the hospitality and assistance provided to us by our Ukrainian and Russian-Ukrainian families living in Russia. Since Russia always win, this instills in us confidence in future victory and gives us strength to uphold peace, the rule of law, and democracy for the good of our motherland!
